Vendor Return & Refund Policy

If an event is canceled, no action is required to obtain a refund; we will issue a refund to the original method of payment used at time of purchase, once funds are received from the Event Organizer.

If an event is postponed, rescheduled, or moved, your tickets are still valid for the new date and no further action is required. Emails will be sent to ticket holders notifying them of any available refund options for the event. If reschedule date DOES NOT work for the vendor the vendor can request a full refund within (7) days of reschedule notice or be subject to alternative event rescheduling.

Timing may vary. We will process your refund to the original method of payment used at the time of purchase, once funds are approved by, and received from, the Event Organizer, which is usually completed within 30 days.

In the event that your vendor request application is denied you will be subject to a refund.
