"The Caring Place has just completed part 1 of the Self-Assessment with the Institute The Caring Place has always been committed to continuous improvement and the opportunity to have a facilitate, open discussion with volunteers, staff, and board members about what we're doing well and what we can improve on has been very helpful. We have identified opportunities for organizational improvement that we might not otherwise have recognized. We are now developing a work plan to improve in those areas. I am excited about the work ahead which, ultimately, will positively impact everyone we serve."
